Norayr Avetisyan won bronze medal in European Junior & U23 Weightlifting Championships

The weightlifter Norayr Avetisyan won the bronze medal at the 2015 European Junior & U23 Weightlifting Championships in Klaipeda, Lithuania.

Norayr Avetisyan (77kg) lifted a combined weight of 315kg (140+175).

In the snatch he was the 5th and in the clean and jerk the 3rd.

At the European Junior & U23 Weightlifting Championships Armenia has already 4 medals. Smbat Margaryan (56kg) has won the silver medal at U23 Weightlifting Championship and Marzpet Minasyan(56kg) has taken the 3rd place at U20 Weightlifting Championship. Izabella Yaylyan has become a champion of U20 Weightlifting Championship.
