Sergey Mikaelyan will come out at World Cup

The skier Sergey Mikaelyan will join in the first round of the World Skiing Cup. Traditionally, the World Cup is held in Ruka, Finland. Armenia will be represented there by Sergey Mikaelyan who is going to participate in it for the second time.

''Now Sergey is in a recovery period. In summer he underwent a surgery. But he is gradually recovering and is going to the World Cup. The season has just started and we have no special expectations. For us the most important is the participation. It would be good for Sergey to improve his rating”, said Armenia’s Skiing Federation Secretary General, Gagik Sargsyan to ANOC.

The World Skiing Cup will take place from November 26 to 29.
