Leading player of the Armenia chess team Levon Aronyan will take part in the Grenke Chess Classic 2019 to be held in Germany from April 20-29.
Aronyan's opponents will be world current champion Magnus Carlsen (Norway), Fabiano Caruana (USA), Viswanathan Anand (India), Peter Svidler (Russia), Arkadij Naidich (Azerbaijan), Francisco Vallejo Pons (Spain), Georg Meier (Germany) and 14-year-old Vincent Keymer.
Levon Aronyan won the title of the Grenke Chess Classic in 2017.
The rest judokas – Arsen Ghazaryan (73kg), Andranik Chaparyan and Rafael Davtyan (81kg) will come out on March 26
