The Armenia freestyle wrestling team has set off for Kiev where on May 10 the 23rd Outstanding Ukrainian Wrestlers and Coaches Memorial kicks off.
Vaghinak Matevosyan (57 kg), Valodya Frangulyan (65 kg), Varuzhan Kajoyan (74 kg), Hovhannes Mkhitaryan (86 kg), Sargis Hovsepyan (97 kg), Arman Mkrtchyan (97 kg) and Andranik Galstyan (125 kg) have left for the tournament led by head coach Habetnak Kurghinyan.
Team coach Edgar Yenokyan as well as judge Gevorg Harutyunyan have joined the team. The tournament will be over on May 12.
The prize fund of the first Half Marathon held in Yerevan was $ 6 million.
But before it the important is to keep away from getting injured.
Eight judokas with hearing problems took part in the competition of the 60 kg.
The cadet and youth teams have joined the trainings too.
