The Armenia Greco-Roman wrestling cadet team has ended its performances with one silver and three bronze medals at the European Championship in Italian Faenza.
Vigen Nazaryan (80 kg) has become a silver medalist while Homeros Arakelyan (45 kg), Karapet Manvelyan (48 kg) and Armen Harutyunyan (51 kg) have deserved bronze medals.
Other members of the Armenia team Varuzhan Antonyan (55 kg), Ashot Khachatryan (60 kg), Arman Khachikyan (65 kg), Lyova Khachatryan (71 kg), Razmik Mahlumyan (92 kg) and Razmik Kurdyan (110 kg) failed to win medals.
Wrestlers from Yerevan, Armenian regions, Nagorno Karabakh, Georgia, Iran and Russian Federation born in 1999, 2000, 2001 joined in the Memorial tournament.
On February 16 athletes of 69kg and 77kg will come out
Gor Nersesyan had started the struggle from the 1/16 finals.
Andranik Karapetyan and Rafik Harutyunyan will perform today.
The second leg will be played on August 1 in the Czech Republic.
