The matches of the 5th round of the Armenian Chess Championship were played at the Chess House after Tigran Petrosyan.
At men’s contest Hovik Hayrapetyan, Karen Grigoryan, Zaven Andriasyan, Robert Hovhannisyan, Arman Pashikyan celebrated victories. Tigran Petrosyan tied the match with Norayr Torosyan. The standings leads Zaven Andriasyan with 4, 5 points, Robert Hovhannisyan with 4 points is on the second position and Arman Pshikyan has 3, 5 points.
Among women Armine Babayan vs Narine Gasparyan match ended in a tie. The winners became Siranush Ghukasyan, Maria Gevorgyan, Anna Hayrapetyan, Anna Sargsyan. Maria Gevorgyan with 5 points keeps on leading.
