Member of the Armenian women’s chess team Lilit Mkrtchyan became a bronze medalist of the Russian Team Championship.
In the last round of the championship Lilit Mkrtchyan’s opponent was Dina Belenkaya. The Armenian chess player was playing with black pieces and on the 38th move of the game made the opponent concede defeat. “Yunga” drew 2-2 against St. Petersburg’s team. After 9 rounds “Yunga” collected 11 points and placed third.
