Moldova’s Armenian community to support Armenia national basketball team

These days the Armenia national basketball team is in Moldova at the European Championship for Small Countries and it has met the Armenian community of Moldova.

The consul of the Republic of Armenia in Moldova, Tatul Davoyan, and the head of the Armenian community, Artur Avanyan, have met the Armenia national basketball team which is now in Kishinev. The community representatives are going to support the team during the first match of the European Championship for Small Countries which will be played with the home team, Moldova’s team.
More than 5000 Armenians live in Moldova.
Moldova vs Armenia match will take place at a sports gym designed for futsal which can host 2000 spectators.
