World Sports Sambo and Combat Sambo Championships kick off

The World Sambo Championship will be held from November 12 to 16 in Morocco, Casablanca. At the 40th jubilee World Championship Armenia will be represented by World champions Ashot Danielyan, Vachik Vardanyan, Mavrik Nasibyan, two-time Europe champion Tigran Kirakosyan, vice champion Ernest Hayrapetyan, bronze medalist Maksim Manukyan and others.
The delegation headed by the Armenian Sambo Federation President Levon Hayrapetyan will leave for Morocco on November 11. The best athletes of 85 countries will compete in 9 weight classes at Sambo (both men and women) and Combat Sambo (only men) Championships.
