Silver medalist of the 24th Stepan Sargsyan Freestyle Wrestling Tournament Mihran Zaburyan (57 kg) commented on his participation in a conversation with journalists.

“I’ve prepared for the tournament very well. It is very important for me, I’ve always taken part in it, twice have won it, six times have become a bronze medalist but this time I failed my final bout and became a silver medalist. I had a knee injury.” he said.

Speaking about his age the Armenian wrestler said that people spoke much of his age but he was still competitive.

“I’m able to fight and resist, even the changes of the rules aren’t an obstacle for me, I’ve already got used to them,” said the Armenian wrestler.

Earlier in the final of the tournament Zaburyan had lost 0:10 to Russia’s Azamat Tuskaev and had become a silver medalist.
