Wrestlers Varuzhan Kajoyan and Levan Berianidze suffered defeat at the World Championship coming to an end in Kazakh capital Nur-Sultan.
Kajoyan at 74 kg started the struggle from the 1/16 final where won 10:0 his Lithuanian rival. In the 1/8 final the Armenian wrestler lost 4:10 to Ukraine’s Vasili Mikhailov who afterwards lost in the quarterfinal stealing Kajoyan the chance to wrestle for a bronze medal.
Levan Berianidze at 125 kg lost 2:3 to Ukraine’s Aleksandr Khotsinavski in the first match. The latter reached the semifinal, and Berianidze still has a chance to fight for bronze.
Martirosyan took the 5th place by the double-event of 402kg
