Arakel Mirzoyan and Aghasi Aghasyan to take part in International Fajr Cup

Armenia weightlifting team members Arakel Mirzoyan and Aghasi Aghasyan will take part in the 1st International Fajr Cup to be held in Iran.
Weightlifters of 85kg, 94kg, 105kg and +105kg weight classes will join in the International Tournament in Tehran, Iran. The tournament considers qualifying for those athletes and countries that haven’t got Olympic qualifications yet. The Fajr Cup will be launched on May 30 and will end on June 2.
At the European Championships held in Forde, Norway, Mirzoyan finished 13th with a total 332 kg result. Mirzoyan scored 151kg in the snatch and 181 kg in the clean and jerk. And Aghasi Aghasyan placed 6th (total 346kg) scoring 153kg in the snatch and 193kg in the clean and jerk.
