7th Pan-Armenian Games to be held in Artsakh

The Executive Commission of the “Pan-Armenian Games World Committee” NGO held a meeting in the newly built Olympavan of the National Olympic Committee of Armenia.

At the meeting the president of the PAGWC (Pan-Armenian Games World Committee), Ishkhan Zakaryan, offered to hold the 7th Pan-Armenian Games in Artsakh. The offer was enthusiastically accepted by all participants. “This will be a historical decision, the basis for realization of our ideas. The decision will truly reflect our aim of “Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora” triumvirate,” Zakaryan noted.
The Executive Commission members also discussed the organizational issues of the Artsakh Games and their solutions.
The offer of holding the 7th Summer Pan-Armenian Games in Artsakh was put to the vote and was accepted unanimously.
The PAGWC Executive Commission also discussed the 2nd Winter Pan-Armenian Games and decided to organize them in February of 2018 in Tsakhkadzor.
