The Armenia U18 women’s basketball team celebrated victory for the second time in a row at the European Championship and qualified for the semifinals.

In the second game of the European Championship Division C the women’s team was competing against the Welsh team. In the first quarter our team prevailed over the opponent 11:8. In the second quarter the team increased its advantage, 33:16. Vahagn Harutyunyan’s alumni moved ahead in the next two quarters, too and eventually won 70:28.
The most efficient player of the game was Anna Aslanyan with 20 points.
