Greco-Roman wrestlers have started the competition at the 31st Olympic Games.

World and European champion Arsen Julfalakyan at 75kg started the struggle first and lost the first fight (2:3) to Bulgarian Daniel Aleksandrov.

If Aleksandrov qualifies for the final, Julfalakyan will have a chance to compete in the repechage fight.
