Simon Martirosyan, two-time world weightlifting champion at 109 kg, after arriving in Yerevan told journalists about becoming a champion and his future goals.
“I’m happy I could repeat the result for the second time. As they say it’s difficult at the trainings and easy on the arena. Everything came easily but next time I’m going to prepare better. The most important is to win not your rival but yourself and to lift more kilograms. I’ll go to the Olympic Games after a gold medal. The arena and God’s will will show what will become of it,” Simon Martirosyan said.
