The Armenian wrestler overcame 4 fights. Before reaching the finals Julfalakyan had gained advantage (8:0, 4:0 and 3:0) over his opponents. In the finals, Julfalakyan’s opponent was Georgia’s Minda Tsulukidze whom the Armenian wrestler won 3:0 and captured the gold medal.
