The AOB European Olympic qualifier came to a close in Samsun, Turkey where the Armenian boxers conquered 4 qualifications.

On April, late at night, the team arrived in Yerevan. Despite the late hour the airport was full of fans.

Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of Armenia Hrachya Rostomyan came to welcome the Armenian boxers.

The Armenian boxing team conquered 4 Olympic qualifications in Turkey. Artur Hovhannisyan (49kg) and Narek Abgaryan (52kg) became silver medalists, Aram Avagyan (56kg) and Vladimir Margaryan (69kg) took the third places.

P.S. Almost at the same time with the boxers the Armenian wrestlers also returned home from the 2016 OG qualifying tournament.
