The Vanadzor team has been crowned Armenia’s handball

The Vanadzor team has been crowned Armenia’s handball champion for the second year in a row.

On 12-17 November the Armenian Handball Championship was held by 6 teams. The champion title was claimed by teams from Alaverdi, Vanadzor and Gavar, as well as handball teams Artsakh, Charbakh and Politekhnik.

The championship was held in a circular format. The Vanadzor team placed first with 10 points.
The Alaverdi team came second with 8 points and Artsakh concluded the top 3 with 6 points.
