Armenia Greco-Roman wrestling team is holding a joint training camp with Bulgaria’s and Switzerland’s national teams in Yerevan before going to the European Championship.

As the head coach of Armenia Greco-Roman wrestling team, Samvel Gevorgyan noted in a conversation with ANOC press office, at the European Championship which will be held in the Latvian capital of Riga, Armenia will be represented by Roman Amoyan (59kg), Mihran Harutyunyan (66kg), Varsham Boranyan (71kg), Karapet Chalyan (75kg), Rafael Manukyan (80kg), Maksim Manukyan (85kg), Artur Aleksanyan (98kg) and Edgar Khachatryan (130kg).

The training camp will end on February 17 and on February 25 the Armenian wrestlers will leave for Stayki to pass the last phase before the European Championship.

The European Wrestling Championship will be held from March 8 to 13.
